EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT FULL VERSION

This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and the author. By installing Software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. Grant of license

This License Agreement ("License") permits you to use one copy of the Software acquired with this license on any simple computer, provided the Software is in use only on one computer at any time.

2. Copyright

The Software is owned by the auth or and is protected by German copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all other applicable national laws. Making a backup of the Software is permitted.

3. Other restrictions

You may not rent, lease or sublicense the Software. You may also not reverse engineer, decompile, incorporate into another product, convert to another programming language, or disassemble the Software for any purpose.

LIMITED WARRANTY

The Software, including all related programs, texts, and files, is supplied "as is". The author disclaims all other warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Software, the accompanying product manual, written materials and files. In no event the
author be liable for any other damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, profits, business interruption, loss of business information , or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this Software, even the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, liability of the author shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Software.
